Project Description
Sampson County received $400,000 in grant funding from the North Carolina Finance Agency to rehabilitate homes scattered around the county. Four of the homes were discovered to have lead-based paint, which was removed in separate contracts from the rehabilitation. Eight homes were completed, averaging $38,000 (including the LBP).
